    Kittikul Triyanond (K’ Tan) drives the project development for Triya Panwa and Triya Natai, leveraging his expertise in project management and brand development. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Kittikul brings a unique analytical perspective and detail to every selection. In addition to his professional pursuits, he serves as a Board Director for the Association of Thai Students in the United States. Kittikul is committed to delivering innovative and refined living experiences that redefine timeless luxury.

    Arunya Triyanond (K’ Bee) spearheads the project development for Triya Panwa and Triya Natai, bringing over 15 years of experience in construction management, interior design, and branding. A seasoned real estate professional, Arunya trades and owns multiple properties across Central and Southern Thailand. Her deep passion for construction and design, paired with her extensive industry knowledge, ensures that every project is crafted with precision and vision.
